FAQ
The Long Island Greek Festival is held rain or shine, with over 20,000 square feet of tent cover to keep you dry.
Attendees are welcome and encouraged to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, earplugs, a valid form of state-issued ID, non-professional film or digital cameras, strollers, backpacks, purses, comfortable shoes, and a good joke. The following items are strictly prohibited: weapons of any kind, fireworks, explosives, illegal drugs, unauthorized controlled substances, outside food or alcohol, coolers, skateboards or bicycles, hover boards, glass containers, and drones.
Service animals are permitted in all areas of the festival that are open to the public. Pets are permitted and must be leashed. Owners are asked to exercise reasonable judgement when determining whether large, loud, and crowded events make an ideal setting for their animal. The owners of animals that are unleashed or disruptive will be asked to leave.
